– Love is unconditional and Unconditional Love will Transform Us– Part A
As I outline earlier, “Gift love” arises from our “Appreciative Pleasure”. It is our respond toward something beautiful, good and awe-inspiring which we gained or acquired unexpectedly. Although it can be given unconditionally, it still arises by of a certain cause, which can steer is our sense of appreciation.
Our “Gift Love” to God arises from love, providence and goodness that we got from Him. However, “Gift loves” from God unto us is without any cause. His “Gift love” is un-obligated and solely based on own will. He decided to give His love freely.
By our own nature, we are God-hater (this might sound extreme). We only started to love God when we starting to received His grace, mercy and love. Our “Gift love” is a respond and a sense of gratitude of what we experience or received; it is not fully unconditional. On the other hand, God’s “Gift love” is truly unconditional. While we trespasses His Laws - He forgives and elect us, when we depraved - He shows us mercy, when we hate him - He draws us to him and love us. It is unconditional; we got it freely although we are undeserving.
